The "Beach Front Holiday Studio" is located in Fuengirola, just a short walk from the beach.
It was completely renovated in 2022 with quality materials and modern equipment.
The 28 m² property consists of a spacious room with a living area equipped with a 45-inch TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bed, as well as a private bathroom with shower, accommodating 2 people.
Additionally, the sofa bed can be used as a bed for a child. The highlight of this accommodation is its uncovered outdoor terrace, offering magnificent views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, ideal for enjoying sunrise or sunset.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and extras such as beach chairs and a sunshade. A cot and high chair are also available (please request in advance, available for an extra fee).
The building features a shared outdoor area with a heated pool open all year, and beach or pool towels are provided.
Free street parking is available.
Pets are not allowed. The building has a shared gym area, accessible for an additional fee.
