35 Strawberry hill is a two-bedroomed holiday home in the heart of West Cornwall.
Offering comfortable living space for up to four guests within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, 35 Strawberry Hill is a great base for couples or families from which to explore St Ives Bay and the surrounding sights. Just over a mile from the centre of Hayle and the stunning stretch of South West Coast Path that runs from Hayle Estuary to Godrevy, and within a short drive of St Ives and Penzance, this holiday home from home offers easy access to the wilds of West Cornwall. With two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom and open plan living, dining and kitchen space, 35 Strawberry Hill offers modern comforts and on-site facilities such as pool, shop, restaurant and children’s activities such as playground and soft play. Downstairs Open Plan Living Area - With a sofa and easy chairs, a coffee table, side table with lamp, dining table and four chairs, plus a Smart TV. Kitchen - Fitted with fridge/freezer, free standing electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the usual plates, cutlery, glasses, pans and cooking utensils. Bathroom - With a shower over the bath, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and plenty of hooks for towels etc. Upstairs Bedroom 1 - With a king-size bed, a bedside cabinet with lamps, storage shelves and hanging rail. Bedroom 2 - Includes two single beds, a bedside cabinet with lamp, storage shelves and hanging rail. A message from Tom’s Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays.
From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we’re here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours’ contact number for us too. EV Charging There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park.
These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app. The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle.
About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands.
The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby.
Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. On the doorstep On-site facilities, open March to November, include: -Bar area with free WiFi -Bar meals and takeaway available. -Launderette -Shop Leisure passes Passes can be purchased from Tolroy Manor Reception and provide access to -Tennis court -Squash court -Swimming pool -Sauna -Games area -Visiting entertainment (during peak school holidays only.) Pass prices - £18 for 1-4 nights - £30 for 5-7 nights. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey’s Towans just beyond North Quay.
Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End.
