Villa Casa dos Leones is located in Benitachell on the Cumbre Del Sol mountain, not far from the sea and the beach.
The 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathroom are completely renovated in 2025.
The villa offers a beautiful private outdoor area with a pool and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The well-equipped villa features a living room with marble floors, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, and is suitable for 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a washing machine.
The child-friendly accommodation also provides a baby cot and a high chair. Bedroom 1: king-size bed for 2 people with adjoining ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: queen-size bed for 2 people. Bedroom 3: double bed with safe. The highlight of the property is the fantastic private outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a pool with outdoor shower, and an open terrace with sun loungers.
From here, you have a unique sea view.
Directly next to the pool is a bar with fridge and a cozy dining area.
You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy them with your group. A supermarket is just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation and offers a wide range of groceries and drinks.

Having lived in Cumbre we wanted to come back however too much has changed. The lovely beach you can’t get any where near anymore. Loved the house and very comfy bed

The nicest place we have ever been to. A beautiful house with a fantastic view. It was hot when we were there, about 30 degrees but it was good with a little wind. The house had everything we needed plus a little extra. A well-equipped kitchen with a good coffee maker. 2 refrigerators for cold drink...

We stayed 9 nights with our 2 adult sons and daughters-in-law. 6 in total.
We enjoyed every single day.
Super location with a view to the sea and within walking distance to a good supermarket and a good restaurant.
Nice terrace around the pool.
Cozy house which is very well equipped, and a Weber gas...
There were only 4 sunbeds for a 6-person house, so we bought two more ourselves in Care Four.
We had been told this by the owners before the stay and they said that it was due to a lack of space, but we got it to work fine with 6 sunbeds.
Suggest buying two sunbeds that can be folded together when not in use (possibly use the ones we bought that stayed in the house 😉).
