This spectacular, modern three-story villa sits atop Altea Hills, offering breathtaking bay views from every corner of the house.
After parking your car in the covered double space with stunning sea views, you enter the villa through a large armored door into a bright stairwell with large windows. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious and very bright living room with double-height ceilings and tall windows, a separate fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a laundry/storage room, a large master bedroom with wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with hydromassage—all with fantastic sea views.
Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto a large terrace with a pool and barbecue. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a second living room, and a guest WC. Every room has access to a terrace. Extras include a security entrance door, marble floors with underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, large fridge, pool with underwater window, and 24/7 security in Altea Hills.
The villa offers plenty of privacy and high-quality materials. Check-in from 4:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am. If you inform us in advance about your arrival and departure times, we can be flexible if there are no guests before or after your stay. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the pool heating.
