Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with a partial sea view, fully furnished, equipped, and newly decorated, just 80 meters from the beach sand.
The property consists of: a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 children), air conditioning throughout the apartment (hot and cold), a bathroom with a shower, cable TV (MEO FIBRA), and WI-FI, a balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy your vacation.
Within walking distance of the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. (beach area).
IT IS PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be charged as a payment via credit card, Revolut, or bank transfer in advance.
The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
