Villa Sea Sensus is a villa with a private pool and has capacity for 16 people.

Villa Sea Sensus is a semi-detached villa that has a total of seven bedrooms spread over two separate buildings, a great pool and terrace. There is also a barbecue area and table that seats 10 people outside. A ping-pong table is available for your leisure and the villa also has a safe.


There are 7 bedrooms with beds for 14 people. Two extra folding beds can be provided to accommodate up to 16 people.

The city centre of Albufeira is just a five-minute drive away, while allowing you to enjoy the tranquillity that this location has to offer. Albufeira has many shops, restaurants and bars. Albufeira's Old Town is really worth a visit, as is Praia dos Pescadores. Praia dos Arrifes is also within walking distance of the property and is absolutely recommended.


Both properties offer free Wifi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, living room and dining room.

The swimming pool can be heated for an extra 200 Euros per week or part of the week.


Villa 1
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, consisting of a double bedroom with a stunning view of Albufeira's marina, a balcony with sea views and two bedrooms, each with twin beds. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor, one with a shower (but no toilet) and the other with a bath.

The kitchen is open-plan and has all the amenities you need, from a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine (the latter is shared between both villas), fridge with freezer, electric hob and oven.

The living room has a fireplace and a very comfortable sofa, with a TV offering international channels of English, Portuguese, French and Spanish, as well as free Wi-Fi.

The dining room is very pleasant and has a table for 12 with access to the outside, here there is another table with 6 seats.


Villa 2
On the ground floor this villa comprises an open-plan kitchenette fully equipped with all the amenities, such as a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a lounge with a TV where you can enjoy all the international channels of English, Portuguese, French and Spanish as well as the use of free WiFi.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are all located on the first floor which is accessed via an external flight of stairs. The entrance door gives you access to a corridor and on this floor there are two bedrooms with single beds, all of which share a bathroom. There are also two bedrooms with twin beds, one of which has a fireplace and a sea view. The double bedroom has direct access to a terrace that offers wonderful sea views.

There is another kitchen on the first floor, consisting of a fridge, an electric hob, a dishwasher and a kettle.


All bookings include a full clean on your departure.

If your booking is for 12 nights or more, then a change of sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish, you can book a mid-stay towel change with a small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 75 euros per request.

We do not provide full cleaning products - only a small starter pack. It is your responsibility to buy or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each bathroom, but these are not replenished during your stay.
