We really enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend, helped by the lovely warm weather. The lodge is located a few mins drive from Burgh Castle which is well worth visiting along with a walk along the boardwalk to the Fisherman Inn which overlooks the broads. We struggled a bit to find the lodge to start...

The accommodation was excellent, everything supplied. The only problem was with the television. We could not get a picture. After many phone calls and visits by the maintenance man, an aerial engineer was called and put us on a channel for the last night of our stay. Apparently the problem is with the Park itself not having enough capacity. Needs sorting!

I got a phone call 30 minutes before my arrival to say the shower head is broken and they can get a maintenance bloke out now or tomorrow when were out. I asked them to get someone out ASAP as I didnt want anyone in the lodge while I was out. He said he will call me back within 1 hour and confirm ...
