Pros: Boligen er ok - faciliteterne ok - der kunne godt havde været en parasol oppe på øverst terasse - lidt besværligt at tage den med fra nederste terasse. Tv virkede ikke som vi dog kunne leve med.
Det største minus var vejen med megen trafik og støj fra kloakdæksler når bilerne kørte over.
