Villa Las Carmenes is a villa for 6-7 people located 150 meters from the beach which gives its name to the village, close to the beaches of "Puntalejos", "del aceite" and the fishing port of Cape Roche.

The area offers many services such as restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets in easy walking distance to meet the needs of guests who choose to enjoy their holidays in this house.

Guests can enjoy the amenities and services offered by the centre of Conil less than 1.5 km away, with all kind of tourist facilities: restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars ... etc.

The villa has a garden of 1,500 m. landscaped with many trees and a large lawn so that you can enjoy sunbathing by the 12-metre long pool. It is also equipped with several parking spaces.

You can opt for morning breakfast in the spacious front porch with pool views. There is a terrace at the rear, both inside and outside in which there is installed a garden barbecue with all the necessary amenities.
There is a spacious living room with a great view, three double rooms which accommodate 6 persons on the ground floor plus a loft on the top floor for a seventh, and two bathrooms for the comfort of the residents.

Villa Las Cármenes is placed in the Fuente del Gallo Urbanization, very close to Conil de la Frontera (1 minute by car). In the same Urbanization you can find a supermarket and a Restaurant (behind of Villa Las , 2 minutes by walk) and the nearest beach is called La Playa de la Fuente del Gallo at less than 4 minutes to the Villa by walk, where you can find another 2 restaurants. The beach is famous for surfers!
