Located in Benissa Costa – La Fustera at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious 250 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests and offers a peaceful setting, perfect for family holidays or trips with friends.
The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet.
All bedrooms have 2-meter beds; three rooms offer single beds that can be joined.
A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy a bright, spacious living-dining area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers), and a TV room with table football—ideal for relaxing together. Outside, the private garden invites you to unwind with a pool (heating available for an extra fee), outdoor shower, covered and open terraces boasting beautiful sea and mountain views.
There’s a Weber charcoal barbecue for al fresco meals.
The patio features a second equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers) and a large teak table for 10—perfect for sharing meals.
Hammock, swings, and sun loungers complete the relaxation area. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, events are not permitted. Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are included in the final cleaning. La Fustera beach is 800 m away on foot and offers restaurants and bars.
A sailing school (paddle, windsurfing, sailing) is 5 minutes by car. The nearby La Fustera supermarket stocks a wide range of international products.

Zwembad buitendouche wasmachine genoeg verschillende zitjes met genoeg schaduw. Hangmat was top 2 grote schommelstoelen. Keuken bij patio is top. 2 grote koelkasten.

Huset ligger uforstyrret for enden af en villavej, har en dejlig stor pool, mange hyggelige terrasser/zoner hvor man kan slappe af i sol eller skygge, spille spil, spise og bare nyde ferien. De fleste værelser har hver deres private badeværelse. Der var god plads på alle værelser.
Det ene køleskab kølede ikke godt nok - heldigvis var der et ekstra køleskab på den nederste etage.
Der var et par andre udfordringer undervejs med strømmen, men vi fik hurtigt hjælp af viceværten.
