Lovely accommodation with a real home from home feel. Enjoyed a much needed relax with my two daughters. Very prompt and reasonable taxi service into York. Relaxing in the hot tub and cooking in the well equipped kitchen added to the experience. Only slight flaw was the games room a bit cramped for playing pool.

Great place to stay to visit York attractions and use the park and ride from Monks Cross. Loved hot tub and sauna. Pool table room is too small for the game. We missed a selection of books and games in the cottage. Only 1 walk possible from the cottage. Maybe a local map would be useful.
