Further afield are Ipswich, Chelmsford and Felixstowe.
Many picturesque villages and Constable country are close by, with Dedham, Manningtree, Nayland, Lavenham and Long Melford to name but a few. Other local pastimes include golf and horse riding.

nice location, friendly owners, easy to walk to local village and pubs and beach. 2 bathrooms was good
negatives
1) thin walls, with a next door neighbour who set their loud clock radio at 6am every day
2) settee was pretty uncomfortable
