The apartments (refs 26082, 26084 and 26086) provide a home from home at any time of year.
Set over three floors, sharing communal entrance and stairway, each apartment boasts traditional features including high ceilings and large rooms.
The whole building is protected by a linked fire alarm system and there is a private car park at the rear of the building with one parking space for each apartment.
All apartments have excellent sea views from the living room.
The Mayflower, Bounty and Sky Lark apartments have the added benefit of the octagonal bay window offering panoramic views of the sea, sandy beach and pier, and a wonderful sea view from the kitchen and family bedroom.
Families will delight at the excellent wide sandy beach, perfect for simply relaxing and watching the children play.
Enjoy a stroll along the promenade with sunken garden and pier, with its working RNLI lifeboat station and museum, and end of pier theatre with year round entertainment.
Excellent walking along the cliff top trail and 18-hole cliff top golf course and the club house nearby.
Just 250 yards from the town centre with its wealth of shops.
There are plenty of restaurants and inns to choose from.
Sample the fresh seafood and shellfish, catch of the day may be purchased direct from the returning fishing boats or simply enjoy a choice of take out meals from the many restaurants.
Events include the Folk Festival in May, Carnival Week (held during the third week in August), and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day (weather permitting). The railway station is just a short walk away with connections to Norwich, the Broads and Sheringham.

As others have said, the decor and furnishings are a little 'tired'. But the apartment is clean and comfortable, and one maintenance issue we encountered was fixed promptly with Alan, the owner, checking by a few times to see if everything is OK. Perfectly located on the seafront and near shops and amenities.
