Visit Ardnamurchan Point with its lighthouse and visitor centre and explore the white sandy beach at Sanna Bay; the magnificent setting of Castle Tioram and the Ariundle Oakwood National Nature Reserve.
An abundance of wildlife can be spotted including whales, dolphins, otters, Golden and Sea Eagles and not least the pine martens and badgers - the next door neighbours.
A car and foot ferry to Tobermory on the island of Mull operates from Kilchoan.
The Isles of Skye, Rum, Egg and Canna can be reached from the fishing port of Mallaig.

We had a lovely week at West Bothy, the views are beautiful it is very peaceful, The cottage itself is very nice well stocked clean and comfortable. We had nightly visits from 2 pine martin and badgers, only little thing I'd say is the double bed needs a kingsize quilt.Absolutely will be returning.

A well equipped place to stay in lovely surroundings. A useful small annexe for bikes or walking gear, and it has Wifi. Everything you would want.
