Two surf shops provide water-based entertainment with tuition and hire, a great way to spend a day before the evening sets in for that al fresco dinner on the terrace of Porhellik.
Locally, you will find Tehidy Country Park, a large wooded estate perfect for walks and cycling, with bike hire close by. Golf, horse riding, surfing and kayaking are all available nearby.
A little further west, a short drive along a beautiful coastal road will bring you to St Ives, home to galleries, beaches, shops and restaurants.

Nice property with everything that you will need. Great location for the village, beach and getting about by car. Owners prompt with getting back to you with any queries. Good community within the resort as people sit out on their balcony’s or veranda’s and the children play on the grass in the middle of the property's. Excellent safe place for families highly recommend.

Not far from the beach, although its a steep climb back on a single track road. We had an enjoyable family week here, although personally I would not like to be here in the height of the season (like something quieter).
