A modern shower room provides a refreshing retreat, while the lodge features two inviting bedrooms, a kingsize master with soft lighting and ample storage, and a comfortable double room ideal for guests or family.
Outside, a small private garden awaits, complete with garden furniture, perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or soaking up the tranquil surroundings. The cottage is positioned on the edge of the Georgian market town of Holt, and is within walking distance of the shops, cafés, restaurants and inns.
A few minutes’ drive leads to the stunning North Norfolk coastline, with its sandy beaches and wealth of RSPB nature and bird reserves.
Delightful footpaths lead from the door, the most famous of which is known locally as Gas Hill and Spout Hill, which runs into a huge stream. The Georgian market town of Holt and the nearby coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are both 5 miles, offering a rich blend of history, nature, and charm.
Holt is known for its elegant streets lined with flintstone buildings, home to independent boutiques, galleries, antique shops, and the famous Bakers and Larners food hall. Just a short drive away, the coastal village of Blakeney offers unforgettable experiences, including seal-spotting boat trips from Morston Quay to Blakeney Point, where England’s largest grey seal colony resides.

Beautifully appointed cottage. Nice and quiet and yet a stones throw from the lovely village of Holt.Only a short drive to Sheringham and Cromer and everything in Holt you could possibly need.We had a wonderful time and I would thoroughly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying at Cobble Stones cottage. It is well equipped, well presented, and in a perfect location for enjoying Holt and the surrounding area. We have booked for another visit next year.
