Hayloft is a first floor apartment for two with a sauna.
If you can tear yourselves away then Cornwall’s unique charm is awaits you.. 2 steps to entrance. All on the First Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: TV, DVD Player Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer Dryer Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room:Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Please note: No children.. Set in the gently undulating foothills of Bodmin Moor, Rosecraddoc Manor boasts a history that dates back to the Domesday Book.
Rebuilt in the 1820s it is Grade II listed, together with the two bridges in the grounds – one of which forms part of the entrance drive.
The manor house and coach house have been converted into apartments, all furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with many luxurious touches that will appeal to the most discerning of visitors.
Access to the front door of the Manor is by three stone steps.
Some of the accommodation features four poster beds, some offer spa baths and some offer saunas. Heron is a first floor studio-style apartment, whilst Riverview and Riverbank enjoy a secluded position on the banks of the small cascading river, with pretty aspects across the river and parkland towards the lake – these two cottages include special features to make them suitable for wheelchair users. Lakeview stands about 75 yards from the manor, in an enviable position overlooking the fishing lake, and enjoys particularly beautiful views from its first floor living room and large balcony. Rosecraddoc Manor is surrounded by 35 acres of natural gardens and bluebell woods that beckon to you to stroll along its footpaths.
The lake is well stocked for coarse fishing, with carp, roach and bream, and the all weather tennis court can be enjoyed April – October.
There are several pubs locally. Looe, with its many attractions is just 8 miles away whilst historic Plymouth with its city attractions and the Eden Project are both about 20 miles.

Had a lovely stay and place was nice. Although, basic facilities such as soap, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo etc is not provided so would highly recommend to bring your own. Also, wifi we had to pay for each device which is not fair. Shower was also hardly working, was difficult to receive hot water.

If you want a nice relaxing holiday with any interruptions from your busy life it is ideal. Unless you pay for WiFi there us not alto of reception. You have to supply your own towels. Your bench is in the carpark unless you want to carry everything around the back, then an bench over looking waterfall. Nearest pub a good 1.5 miles away.

Lovely Villa in a beautiful setting. Would have been nice to have somewhere to grab a coffee or sandwich after working round the gorgeous grounds. Villa was spacious and more than big enough for us all. Would recommend it for anyone looking to visit Cornwall. I’m sure we will be back 👍👍👍👍
