You are not too far from the beach either.. 2 steps to entrance. Ground Floor: Living room: Freeview TV, CD Player, Open Fire Dining room. Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed. Night storage heaters, £25 per week, payable on arrival (by arrangement).. Less than a mile from Waxham beach and with a quiet waterway 100 yards at the end of the garden (to Horsey Mere and the Broads), these two comfortable properties are set in 12 acres of partially wooded grounds with woodland paths to explore.
Each enjoys its own area of large lawned garden, and there is a woodland play area away from the river.
Great Yarmouth 13 miles.
Norwich 22 miles.
Free coarse fishing (in season), and bird watching (including European Cranes) all year.
Shops and pubs 2 miles. Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.. Both properties: Electricity by £1 meter.

We spent a wonderful week here, our son and his 3 children were out most days on the boat exploring! The garden is lovely and we saw deer some days.Lots of wildlife on night walks in the garden.The local beaches are lovely too and we enjoyed a lovely chinese meal delivered from noodle king in Stalllam ! The best we’ve ever had we thought!

We had a very relaxing holiday at Bridge Way. We liked the location , river walk and exploring the wood where we found a Muntjac horn. There is a play area and a rowing boat and the hosts are friendly and very helpful.The stairs are steep and difficult if you have mobility issues but as the bathroom...
