Watergate Bay water sports centre, Trerice and Lanhydrock (both National Trust) and the Eden Project are a short drive.

The owner is very lovely and made sure we had everything on hand (entry code and directions) before our journey to Driftwood. She even us a complimentary cream tea upon our arrival.
Driftwood is a very homely cottage with handy amenities on site within a minute or two walking distance.
