An attractive and spacious cottage close to the River Eamont.
With a wood burner and an enclosed garden, it lies five minutes from Pooley Bridge and the lake shore.. Ground Floor: Living room: (2 Steps), TV, DVD Player, Woodburner Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Drying Area. Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bedroom 3: (7 Steps), Kingsize (5ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 4: Single (3ft) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included.
Initial fuel for wood burner included (September-May). Cot and highchair.
Enclosed garden with elevated patio, garden furniture and barbecue.
Bike store.
Childrens play area.
Private parking for 3 cars.

Penrith, 6 miles.
Windermere, 13 miles.
Access is via a small, private holiday park under the same ownership.
Good location for peace and quiet yet only ¼ mile walk to Pooley Bridge with shops, pubs, cafés and steamer trips.
Young children’s play area and small football pitch nearby.
NP81 is adjacent to the owner’s quiet seasonal holiday park with no letting or sub letting.
Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile. Garden Cottage can be booked together with Riverbank Cottage (ref NP80) and The Lodge (ref UK37562) to accomodate up to 16 guests. Free WiFi The property is located on a working farm. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. There is open water in the property grounds. We had another lovely break away at Garden Cottage. It really feels a home away from home and I love how there is everything you need in the kitchen! The only reason I wouldn’t give 10/10 is the main bathroom is a little tired but everywhere is spotless and the beds very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic cottage just a 5 minute walk past a scenic lake and across a field into Pooley Bridge, offering wonderful views of green fields, a river, hills and mountains in front of you.
The cottage itself is in a quiet location although it is on a farm so you get the occasional noise of horses clip ...

Four of us shared this lovely cottage,well equipped & very tastefully decorated, just wished the sun had come out 🌞 Pooley Bridge was a lovely little village with great pubs & shops , hope to return
