Lovely accommodation with everything you could need even a nice welcoming bottle of wine and milk. Very well placed for visiting the surrounding area. Parking a little awkward as it’s on a bend on the main road but so long as you’re careful not a problem.

Had a wonderful werk away in Dovecote House, the place as tucked out of the way with views of the countryside. The cottage is very well equipped sleeping 5 and the added bonus of an extra lounge upstairs. An ideal base for exploring beautiful Northumberland and the Scottish Borders

A wonderful cottage, so clean and well equipped and we especially loved the cosy lounge on the first floor. We managed to get parked each day and there is a well stocked co-op just round the corner. The Milan restaurant in Wooler is a must. It was really busy on a Sunday night and was so good we went back on Friday
