A clean, comfortable, well-equipped cottage within walking distance of the centre of Buxton and the Pavillion Gardens. Well placed for visiting the Monsal trail, Pooles Cavern, Chatsworth House, Lyme Park and Bakewell. The owners, Paul and Sarah, were friendly and welcoming. A lovely stay.

Overall a very good holiday. The only problem with the cottage is some of the low door ways, we appreciate being a grade 2 listed building little can be done, but some padding on the upstairs bedroom door would have been appreciated.
