Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Shared, enclosed courtyard with sitting-out areas and garden furniture.

The Fife Coastal Path passes through the village towards Crail and St Andrews in one direction, and Pittenweem, St Monans and Elie in the other direction, and there is a regular coastal bus service.
From the comfort of the shared south facing garden, guests can wonder at the wildlife, follow the fishermen bringing in their daily catch, or just while away the hours with a good book and a glass of wine.
Visit St Andrews 10 miles away, and Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth all within an hour’s drive.
High Tide can be booked together with Low Tide (UK5169) to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Great cottage & location for beaches in both direction along this coast line.
Parking was a bit of an issue 1 st few days but aware of this before holiday so not a big issue. Pubs lacking in this area not open 7 days a week in this area Anstruther pubs were open in harbour . No walk to local shop.
We would stay again in cottage it is very nice and a credit to owners . And a nice base for area .

2nd visit to high tide, lovely cosy & a great view. Brilliant location for walking the fife coastal path, and pubs, restaurants. Definitely be back.

would highly recommend the high tide, it was cosy and clean and in a great location with anstruther just a short walk away and the view from the bedroom was cracking.the whole area is very dog friendly
