Beautiful place in a beautiful location However the bathrooms need a really good clean and the bedrooms are a little tired and in need of updating The water pressure is very low and was hard to have a shower On the plus side the barn is spacious and well equipped and is perfect for socialising Would definatley go again

Fabulous cottage in wonderful location.We booked for a family get together weekend. Barn is rural with beautiful views and lots of parking and only a 5 minute drive into Grassington. Clean and everything we needed to sleep and cater for 10 of us with plenty of bathrooms.We used as base to walk Yorks...

We used this property for a family gathering, 10 of us ranging from 1 to 79 years old. Having an open plan kitchen,dining and lounge area was ideal. Pleasant small rear grassed area to sit out for late afternoon sun. Great place and location. We did two good walks directly from the property.
