The weather was lovely (for Scotland) and the cottage was comfortable and provided fabulous views of the Firth of Forth. An unexpected highlight was being close to great beaches and swimming in the sea. Easy access to St. Andrews, Dunfirmline, Edinburgh, and surroundings.

The holiday cottage was well equipped for us as a family of 8, beaches and shops were not far away a couple of miles by car. I would of said it would of been better if it was not raining but you can't rely on the weather. I would definitely book up again if we are having a break back in that specific area.

The only reason I put 8 for a couple is you definitely need a car as it is a 45 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, but beautiful countryside, beautiful area/views, wonderful friendly host and will definitely go back but will either drive or rent a car and stay longer next time, all 5 of us loved our stay, cottage is perfect 👌🫶
