The cottage was very clean and well equipped but lacked kitchen and bath towels (perhaps we should have read the small print?) Parking space and little garden a bonus. The location was superb such a beautiful village. Easy walking/cycling access to exmouth. Great amenities on doorstep.

A quaint cottage with low ceilings and winding stairs and many original features. It was perfect for us as it was in a wonderful position in the centre of the village yet very near the river . It also had parking which was rare in Lympstone. The roads in and out of the village are narrow but they weren't a problem. The station was nearby too.
