Lovely private cottage with a large garden, well positioned for short drives to a range of well-known towns, beaches and facilities. Great short walk across fields to Perranuthnoe and the coastal path. Located on a working dairy farm so expect some mud down the access track and bring wellies if its rainy!

The cottage was good only problem being the access road to it.I realise that there is nothing you can do about the weather, and there are farm animals around, but with the rain the access was a mud bath and the state of the drive in was not good for the car.

A comfortable, well equipped cottage, with a big, hedged grassed garden, on a dairy farm, a walk away from the sea. We had a very happy family holiday here.
