Had a great holiday in Keswick staying at Blencathra house. Very comfortable sofas and we liked wood burner. Plenty of room for everyone and well equipped. Could be cleaner especially loft bathroom and the duvets are too warm. Needs a sharper potato peeler!

Lovely break in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk into beautiful Keswick and close to Borrowdale and Rosthwaite for stunning walks and scenery. The property was very nice and comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything you would want. I would recommend the property without any hesitation.

We have been coming to Blencathra House for the last 14 years, as it is ideal for our needs as retired but fit Fell walkers. This year with the cost of living crisis affecting our wallets we chose to eat in for 6 of the evenings. Our only complaint and very minor was the lack of a sharp knife to cut...
