First class location. Cottage very warm and well furnished. Good secure garden and really good outhouse to wash and dry muddy dogs. Not 100% clean (especially cooker hood) but certainly not bad enough to cause a problem. Good instructions for use of everything. Would certainly go again.

A delightful,comfortable, warm and spacious cottage, perfect for families with children and dogs. A fabulous location right next to Aira Force and Gowbarrow fell and an enclosed area of lake shore 5 minutes away perfect for you dog to have a run and splash around in Ullswater. Dog friendly and secure. Loved it.

A nice place to have a chilled holiday. The property said it had a secure garden for the dogs. For the average dog that is true, but not for 2 very inquisitive cockerspaniels who decided that a dry stone wall is great to climb!!!. Would definitely recommend a trip on the Ulleswater steamer, a great way to see the lake.
