Dozens of lovely walks directly from the doorstep.. Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: TV, DVD Player, CD Player, DAB Radio, Electric Fire Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.
Electricity, gas, bed linen and Wi-Fi included.
Outhouse with freezer and washer/dryer.. Small seating area.
Private parking for 2 cars.
No smoking.
Visit England 4 Star. .. Uncle’s Cottage is an ideal base for guests arriving on public transport, it is situated 200 yards from the bus stop in Keswick town centre.
Shops, pubs and restaurants are literally on the doorstep and there are dozens of lovely walks directly from the town.
The owners completely renovated and refurbished the cottage when they took possession from his Uncle (no prizes for guessing where the name came from). They have created a pleasant open plan living area on the ground floor with comfortable leather sofas, and complete with kitchen.
The first floor has been redesigned to improve the bedroom space, a bathroom was fitted and the ceilings were raised to expose the roof beams. Free WiFi Towels can be hired from, and collected from,our Keswick Office at £4.00pp. Owner will not accept cats as his wife is severely allergic. Towels are not included. Small to Medium sized dogs only allowed. Suitable for up to 1 pet Modern cottage in Keswick town centre.

Had a lovely break. Met some lovely people shop owners next door simone Mrs fs coffee shop. And Ben and not forgetting Floyd and little red (Ben's dogs) photography shop. Just adorable. Central for everything. A MUST STAY. Will definitely be returning. Jan x

Great location and well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. There were no towels provided which surprised us but listing does not mention towels so that might be intentional. Would have no hesitation in booking again, great cottage.

We arrived to find that the owner didn't provide wifi or towels and there was only one toilet roll for three of us for a week.
The owner correctly pointed out that he didn't advertise that wifi or towels were provided but most people now expect these as a given. The owner did provide towels once ...
