Very comfortable cottage, ideally situated in the centre of Ambleside. 5 mns walk to bus terminus where we travelled around the lakes on public transport.

Very convenient location and more spacious than many similar cottages; plenty of room for 4 adults + 2 children. Generally clean and comfortable. There were no black bags left for the bins and laundry despite instructions to use them (although some were delivered when we emailed). I would have expec...
