Perfect for a family holiday, this upside-down house is close to Crealy Adventure Park, coastal resorts, Haldon Forest and Dartmoor.. With amazing views from the balcony off the living room, you can sometimes see deer grazing on the hillside.
The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, with oak worktops in the kitchen, an enclosed garden with hot tub and a garden shed with a children’s pool table.
There are so many things to see and do in this part of Devon, including Canonteign Falls, which is only 2 miles from Middle Wicket, many National Trust properties and Crealy Adventure park in Exeter.
Haldon Forest has many activities on offer, including cycle ways for off road cycling, a butterfly trail and for the really active visitors, there is a Go Ape. If you fancy a flutter at the races, both Exeter and Newton Abbot racecourses are close by, or take a trip to Plymouth to visit the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Hoe and the Barbican.
The city of Exeter offers a cathedral, canalside walks and plenty of shopping.
Take a walk on one of the many tours that Dartmoor has to offer, or try letterboxing on the moor, a fun way to spend a few hours.
This is a great house for families, friends or couples to get together and enjoy the many things to see and do in this wonderful part of Devon.

Lovely setting for this holiday house with wonderful views of the countryside and village. Plenty of space for 6 with the added bonus of a separate playroom with games console. Comfy beds.
