The apartments are set in pleasant landscaped grounds with raised flower beds, pathways and a pretty fish pond. They are conveniently located for Mevagissey and Portmellon, with shops, restaurants, café’s, art galleries and a choice of good pubs all within 1 mile.
The historic inner harbour was built around 1774 and is famous for its pilchard fishing and stories of smuggling.
Mevagissey is still a working fishing harbour alongside water sports activities and pleasure trips.
Colourful cottages dot the hillside and meandering pathways lead to coastal footpaths along to Pentewan and Portmellon.
The area is perfect for exploring the diverse corners of Cornwall, and for garden lovers The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are easily accessed.

The view from the apartment is amazing. The hill is a bit of a climb so you need to be fit. Tom the owner is lovely and so knowledgeable. We love staying here it is our home from home. All you need is in the apartment and Mevagissey is a great base to visit other places as well as being a lovely coastal place.

a great place to stay. great location, stroll down into town. A climb back up. nice grounds to property. Tom , the owner is very friendly and helpful.Lives on site. although Tom is a boat builder, and his skills are shown in some of the furnishings. the pine makes the property feel slightly dated. enjoyed our stay very much. would stay again.
