Perfect for the quiet retreat type holiday - just what I needed. Big breathable view of harbour and sea from patio\balcony. Plenty of nooks and crannies in garden to escape to should you wish. Steep hill to town a ten minute walk, slightly more coming back! Host on site, always pleasant, and on site, but never intrusive. Excellent all round.

Perched on the hillside with a great view of Mevagissey harbour. Tom was so helpful and lovely to chat to- a real philosopher!
The walk up Polkirt Hill is challenging, but a good morning workout. You can pay to park at the car park in the village if the drive up is daunting.
All in all, a great holiday with time to reflect on life in a beautiful place.

A fabulous location with a view of the harbour. A quick walk from the village and a great base for exploring Cornwall, though driving through the village itself is a bit tricky. The bed was very comfortable - nice and firm. From the pictures, we were expecting a bath but there wasn't one; however, the shower was superb! Everything we needed was included. We had a great week.
