When it’s not being used for racing, the race track hosts the yearly Download Festival.

This place is immaculate. The host pays great attention to detail e.g. welcome hamper, additional towels beside the hot tub, ambient lighting on the staircase and above the dining table. You get the feeling you are in a top quality hotel.
One thing the host could do is make sure the hot tub is at correct temperature at time of check-in, we had to wait until the evening to use it.
