Excellent location, very clean and accessible. It would have been a 5 star for me but for the fact that there's no designated area on the property for smoking. I and my husband personally don't smoke but our guests struggled. It would have been great if the terraces were designed for smoking. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be booking again when next we're in Newquay.

Excellent house with ample parking for two cars . Love this place stayed there twice now . Bueatiful scenery overlooking the sea and town . Upside down hose living quarters upsatairs so you get the views would highly recommend this place We will be going back .
