The owner thoughtfully provides a generous welcome pack, loaded with locally sourced produce.

Enjoyed our holiday very relaxing sitting in the lovely garden, central for getting about. Pond needs attention either thin out or fence of, our small dog fell in and ended up with a vet bill as he hurt himself trying to get out, other than that we had a good week.

We loved our stay at Middle Lodge even though the weather was awful the dogs loved the freedom of the garden .Was great to look out the huge windows looking into the garden at all the small birds. Will definitely return Thanks to Laura for the lovely fresh eggs halfway through our holiday .

Our second visit to Middle Lodge, absolutely beautiful gardens, idyllic private location - yet just a short drive to local amenities.
There's a great Co-op in the village of Mintlaw too, where you can buy a very good selection of groceries, also selling baked delicious sourdough bread !
Ideally placed for exploring north and east coasts.
Thank you :-)
