A lovely place to stay with amazing views over the estuary to Polruan. It was very cosy when it rained and the flat was warm.We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We found it difficult to make the hand held shower work over the bath and the intercom door release system didn’t work.The single beds were rather springy for us but we loved the proximity to Readymoney Cove.

Wonderful views from this flat, together with parking right outside make this a good choice, as long as you can manage the many stairs to the second floor. The owner is very helpful.
