Visit the famous lighthouse at Happisburgh, see the colony of grey seals with their pups at Horsey Gap. Explore the Norfolk Broads, hire a day boat or enjoy a river trip, while marvelling at the wealth of wildlife that can be spotted here.
With plenty of waterside restaurants and cafes to enjoy, you can simply sit back and watch the boats sail by. Keen gardeners will enjoy East Ruston Old Vicarage with its 32 acres of outstanding gardens.

Very well equipped property to a high standard. Spotlessly clean.Nice pub just down the road. Just about walk-able with care but the first half is along a busy road with no footpaths.
