Situated in a small sought-after development in a popular area of Cromer, Fir View Cottage is just footsteps away from the wide sandy beach, an award-winning cliff-top golf course and the picturesque town centre.
Decorated and furnished to a high standard to provide stylish accommodation to discerning guests, it really is perfectly placed for a great holiday. Cromer itself boasts an Edwardian seafront, a famous pier with seasonal end of pier shows, lots of great places to eat and drink and a host of boutique and artisan shops.
There is also a selection of traditional seaside amusements, a cinema and a zoo, so you are sure to find lots to keep you occupied close by. Hop on the train to Sheringham and enjoy a trip on the North Norfolk Railway and explore this pretty market town.
If you fancy a day at the Norfolk Broads, head to Wroxham, where you can join a charter or hire a day launch.
Train lovers can also take the Bure Valley Railway across open countryside and wile away a few hours exploring another popular market town, Aylsham.
Another great visit is the medieval city of Norwich with its splendid Normal Castle, its award-winning market, and a host of theatres, museums and galleries.
Jump on the coast hopper bus and see the coastline from the top deck as you wind through pretty seaside towns and villages.

Comfy cottage not too far from the centre of Cromer. Clean throughout. Would recommend. Just a note as on Cromer Country Club site but you cannot use the facilities of this club. We asked to see if we could have a swim but was told it’s only for residents staying at the Country Club.

Had a wonderful stay at Fir View Cottage. All facilities you need plus within easy walk of Cromer Town and to the coast.
Lovely views via the country club road to the lighthouse and coastal path.
I remembered when I arrived home I forgot to empty the lounge bin of my sweet wrappers as I decided to complete the guest book first and then promptly forgot about the bin - sorry.

Equipment rated as average as there were no oven gloves and the instructions re. the cooker could have been better explained as I found the manual instructions quite confusing, despite being an experienced cook 🤣
