We have stayed many times as it has the perfect location. I would say that the upkeep of the outside regarding chairs in the garden, washing line etc should be looked into as they could do with being cleaned. That said it hasn't stopped us from re booking next year.

Good tip on waiting a while for hot water to run through to kitchen sink. However couldn't get any hot in either bathroom sink. Decided to turn on the cold tap and hey presto! Hot water! The taps are plumbed in wrong.
