The second floor houses the second and third bedrooms, one with a comfortable king size bed, the other has full size twin beds.
At the rear, you’ll find a delightful, multi-level garden, with several steps to a raised patio and seating area.
It’s ideal for soaking up the afternoon sun and enjoying a glass of wine or a well-earned beer! Lovely place. Six of us stayed for 3 nights. Easy to get to all the amenities but be aware that it is a steepish climb back. Another loo would have been good and we did have to juggle cars…we took 3. All that said we would definitely stay again.

Lovely comfortable accommodation, excellent setting for Ambleside and walks. Steep hill down to Ambleside but short. It's worth noting nothing is provided in terms of food staples so if you are going to cook take oil etc.

Beautiful location with views over the town and surrounding fells. Handily placed for local buses, pubs and shops. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Quiet residential street.
