The house enjoys panoramic views of Loughrigg, Fairfield Horseshoe and surrounding fells. A strategically placed bench perched at the top of the garden offers an even greater view across Ambleside and the stunning backdrop.
Ambleside is stocked with a good selection of bars, restaurants and independent retailers, as well as plenty of seasonal attractions to suit all ages and is easily reached via a short walk down the hill.
Set adjacent to Blue Hill Wood, High Fellside offers keen nature lovers the chance to see owls, bats, deer and hear the odd woodpecker. A neutral colour scheme has been used at High Fellside to create a contemporary style.

Fantastic location with lovely views from the living room/dining table. Short walk to all amenities but still a quiet location. Great walks without taking the car. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped.

A beautiful, spacious house which was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Only negative is the hill but we were aware of it beforehand and so is not really a criticism as it did mean we had a lovely view over Ambleside and beyond in a quiet location. Only things we feel would enhance the prop...

Thoroughly good holiday probably helped by beautiful weather . Fantastic view over fells and mountains from living room and downstairs bedroom.Easy walk into Ambleside but tougher coming back as all uphill .Ambleside itself well worth a visit.
