A cozy traditional cottage with plenty of old fashioned charm as well as a few modern conveniences. A tea room a few yards up the hill and two inns within walking distance. All excellent for food and drink. Walks from the doorstep. Only a couple of miles from the honeypot of Windermere but a different world. Despite the weather this was a very enjoyable week.
