Great location, washer dryer a real bonus , fully equipped with what you need for a holiday . Just a couple of issues, cushions hadn't been cleaned, rug in lounge was dirty . Basement ( games tv room had a strong smell of dogs. But the positives out weighed a

The only problem was that despite the website saying that there was a "sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements" there was no bedding provided for this and so my son spent the first 3 nights without a duvet.
