Please note: There is a flight of steps to reach the property.. A delightful detached cottage located in the centre of Dartmouth only a stones throw from the waterfront, restaurants and shops.
The cottage, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated is well equipped and has views of the river and out to the castle and sea from the bedrooms.
Free WiFi One or more beds can be linked to form double or twin beds (please advise the owner of your preference soon after booking). Beach towels are not provided.

We had a great stay at Evelyn Cottage. Warm, comfortable, spacious and well equipped for our needs. Well located for town and the parking permit meant the car was sorted for the duration. Would use again next time.

Great town property is slightly tired and garden needs a bit of work.
Overall a great place and good location will definitely be returning to Dartmouth
