One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week. We have stayed at Larkrise many times. The main reason for our choice is location, the views over the Dart are beautiful and central to Dartmouth. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated and the covers on the living area furniture need an overhaul!!
Having said that we really like the place and it is comfortable and clean. Dog friendly.We will return.

We have stayed at Larkrise a few times. Our only mild complaint this visit is that the windows were blown slightly spoiling the wonderful view. This is a well equipped property in a perfect location and we all enjoyed out time there.
