Outside there is a fully enclosed courtyard that includes garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for an evening of pure relaxation! Or should you feel like dining out, a local pub/restaurant is just a 5 minute walk away. In easy reach of Orchard Barns 1 is Berkeley Castle, the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge, the Arboretum at Westonbirt, many National Trust properties, the thriving market town of Tetbury and two riding centres close by, plus Stinchcombe Golf Club.
The major attractions of Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Malvern and the Forest of Dean are all less than an hour’s drive away. Well situated for visiting Slimbridge and other local attractions.Set in pleasant surroundings however the road noise from the M5 would be annoying if you had to have the windows open in warm weather.Well equipped for appliances but there was a lack of equipment to make full use of them.eg no dishwasher tablets.
