Set over two floors, you enter the property into a spacious hallway with the living room to your left and the dining room straight ahead.
The living room is a cheerful cosy space perfect for relaxing in front of the Smart TV after a long day of adventures.
The dining room is well equipped for entertaining and with the kitchen set to the left it makes a perfect place to relax whilst a hearty meal is being prepared.
The kitchen has fully integrated appliances and offers everything needed to cook up a storm for the whole family.
The kitchen leads you straight out into the idyllic gardens, a truly tranquil and relaxing environment to enjoy the sun or al fresco dining.
The garden is beautifully presented and offers a luxury outdoor haven which can be enjoyed by all the family.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobes and dressing tables and each being individually designed with the main bathroom situated to the right of the third bedroom. The town of Wooler is a great base for keen walkers who are looking to make the most of the Northumberland countryside, and wanting to visit the Cheviot Hills and Northumberland National Park for some fantastic walking and stunning scenery.
Tarn House is only a minutes’ walk from Wooler High Street, with a variety of independent shops, cafés and pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the River Till and Doddington Milk Bar. To the east is the magnificent coastline of Northumberland, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with great trips to be had to Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Seahouses harbour, or the birdwatcher’s paradise of The Farne Islands.
For those who want day trips further afield there are regular trains from Berwick-Upon-Tweed that will take you to Edinburgh or Newcastle in an hour.

Tarn House was a little gem, Wooler is a friendly little town. The house itself is lovely, a little bit dated but well looked after with a secure garden for my 2 dogs. We all appreciated the little welcome basket with wine, chocolates and dog treats + a tennis ball. About half an hour to some truly lovely areas of Northumberland. I would happily stay here again.

"It does what it says on the tin!" We will return to this house again - the perfect house and location to reach the beautiful Northumberland Coast, The Cheviots and the Borders. What's not to like?

Just returned from a week at Tarn House. House in a great location with most places to visit only 30-40 mins away. House is like visiting your Grandma's house and we particularly liked the secure back garden for our large dog. The owner was really helpful in relation to our questions etc.
