The location and cottage were great. There were a few small but annoying issues. The glasses, plates etc were not clean, the toilets are small, the shower was a challenge and it needed a couple of side tables in the living room. The pluses far outweighed the negatives and we would go back.

The house was excellent, clean, tidy and comfortable. Added touches such as USB ports in the lamps, dog essentials auch as poo bags. The welcome pack of Tea, sugar, coffee, bread, butter and milk etc were appreciated. Less then a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach too. House directions and parking rounded it all off nicely.

Nice, modern facilities with air-con which was welcomed during our stay. Fantastic dog-friendly beach a few minutes walk away. Ideal location to travel to Norwich, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Cromer. The road can be noisy but your mind quickly blanks it out, and there is very little traffic during night time hours. Lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated.
